Should you do cardio after working out your legs?

I warmup with a light jog for 15min, then do my leg routines, (sqauts,lunges,calves, etc.) after that my legs are sore, but can i do cardio after that or rest

  1. Yes, you can do cardio.  Cardio isn't really a resistance exercise, so it shouldn't be too bad on the legs.  If you're too tired, then you can rest.
