just wondering if you can build unwanted muscle in the stomach area by doing to many sit-ups and actually gain in that area?

  1. you need to balance the type of exercises you do so that you are not only focussing on one area


  2. Exercises a muscle it grows, exercises it too much it gets too big you need to tone not build abbs. Yes it is possible to build muscle you do not want by doing too many of the wrong exercise
