  1. Vitamin Water is full of calories and I think if you are wanting something to drink while playing sports, good old ice cold water or gatorade is a much better selection.


  2. Considering Vitamin Water is full of c**p, you shouldn't be drinking it ever.

  3. Anything you drink before a match is good... It strengthens the bones and makes you feel more awake.  NO fizzy beverages like Coca-Cola and not too much water/vitamins before a match. good luck :)

    You should drink it before to give you the energy to work hard.

    During to keep up your energy until the end of the match.

    And after to refuel all important nutrients lost during the match from exertion

  5. I have a friend that is an ice skater and she told me that when she was training she had vitamin water and she threw up afterwards. So idk how good that stuff is for you for sports. But a good thing about gatorade is that it has electrolights that you lose when you exerciseand it puts then back (good thing). And if you want less calories then the gatorade propel fitness water is a good choice.

    And you should drink water/gatorade before, during, and after. You always need to hydrate yourself
