eat a snack b4 shopping(so u dont pass out from hunger) then eat dinner. so ur not walkin around shopping with a full stomach. :)

I'd do it before.

Personally I generally try to get everything done as early as possible and not plan anything after dinner (except fun things like dates, quality time, etc.) But that's just me. You should think about and do what workks for you.

i think after because usually restaurants close before store do. and i do not like being rushed at a restaurant!

Either or both.  Depends on what I'm shopping for and how late in the day it is.  One of the reasons stores stay open later in the evening is so that people can shop after dinner if they want to.
