The answer is,,,, I've never really heard of Machu Pichu which is my bad, but I think you should overcome your phobia. Take a hot air balloon, or see a hypnotist.. Either will do. A girl had  aphobia of pickles and was cured by a hypnotist so...bestof luck, have fun in Machu Pichu. PIka chu

Mexico is a wonderful country,but if you suffer vertiginy(dizziness),don't go to Machu Picchu.Go to the top of Petronas Tower in Kuala Lumpur,and do a bunjy jumping....hahahaa...
