Should I lift weights before or after I do my shooting workout, i usually do it after, but i read somewhere that doing it before helps you get your touch. I shoot about 400-500 shots a day, so my arms aren't that sore after I'm done shooting.

  1. After. If you are lifting what you should be lifting then your arms should be tired. So tired that you are too weak to shoot. Plus shooting around is great cardio.

  2. I usually lift after I take 500-700 shots a day.

  3. after

  4. I think you could do it either way.

If you lift before, you will be able to create muscle memory for the newly strengthened muscle.

If you do after, you will be able to kepp your muscles stronger, longer.

    I'm out peace.
