Should you lift weights standing up or sitting down?

in general i mean. want to work arms, duh. which would give you better results?

  2. if u r talking about dumbbells, either way is fine but standing up will be better for your back

  3. sitting down. the muscle work out can give you a hernia. aka sprain your p***s muscle. well more like abdomin
