  1. Yeah might as well put it out, you never know when you might get the next heavy trash flow.

  2. nope.

    i don't.

unless it's garbage that will attract racoons or skunks.

    saves the truck a stop.

    and saves some oil.

same with green waste and recycle can.

sometimes, when it's not big, i ask my neighbor, and put it in his can.

just to save a stop for the waste pickup truck.

    is it big?

    nope.

but then i use CF bulbs too.

and, since the dishwasher and clothes washer are on the same hot water line, i do dishes and laundry at the same time.

and i have a front load washer that uses less hot water.

    certainly i could do better.

but i'm trying.  (at least that's what some tell me:)

  3. Why wouldn't you?

  4. If your garbage is picked up weekly then yes. It's going to end up in the landfill anyways so why let it rot in the can until it's full?

  5. I would. I don't want that stuff rotting near my house, attracting dogs and varmits.

  6. We only put our bins out when they are full this saves the bin truck a journey.

Also it saves us time not having to put the bin out.

  7. Sure.  The sooner it gets to the landfill, the less likely you are to have someone find personal info in it and steal your identity.  And, I agree with the others:  why let it rot in your can when it all goes to the landfill anyway?
