Should you sleep with a bra on?

its not really a good idea to sleep with a bra on because ur b***s are not gonna grow and be healthy as they should and plus they need to breathe..if u must wear a bra because its jus more comfortable for u they do sell breathable bras in stores

im 14

but i hate not putting it on b/c i will forget in the mornin before i go downstairs.

the straps just get looser so i tighten them more.

but yeah.

sleeping with a bra on is a comfort choice. Don't believe the rumors that say "OMG, your going to get cancer!" it's all a bunch of c**p. if your comfortable sleeping in it, you can.

Its a personal preference.

If you want to, then go for it.

If you don't want to, then don't.

Nothing bad or good will happen to you if you do or do not wear a bra to bed.

Just make sure it is loose and comfortable.
