Chapter 13 is a little late to be cleaning up credit-You're pretty much ruined until it goes its course

not at all. Be patient and let tie take its course because your efforts will be unhelpful

Prepare yourself for really bad times (credit wise ) until you can borrow (at whatever APR) enough capital and pay it back to start getting decent credit card offers again, it could take up to 8 years. So breathe sigh of relief , you got away with wahtever debt you owed, now pledge to yourself to do much better in the future and everything should work out just fine.
