  1. Cool...40-45F or slightly above refrigerated temperature. I will normally pull my beer out of the fridge a few minute early and let it gradually warm on the counter before opening and pouring...you are pouring it right?

  2. Over here in belgium a lot of cafes do it like this:

    wash the hoegaarden glass and without drying it, put it in the freezer.

    When you want to drink it, just take the glass out of the freezer and poor in a hoegaarden (usually around 3-4° C, sorry don't know the Fahrenheit temparatures)

    Hoegaarden even makes promotional posters for the cafes so they can advertise the fact that they serve hoegaarden in iced glasses
