  1. No kidding. Especially since he reminds us daily that he was a POW. Maybe his treatment was not that bad, so it is not a difficult decision for him to make.

  2. No.

I realize that as a "truth seeker" you are adamantly opposed to freedom of thought.  Unlike you, I respect your right to form an opinion of your own (if such is possible).

  3. I don't think any decision was gut wrenching, because first of all he has no guts, and second of all he is a chameleon when it comes to campaign issues, and everything else  in his life

  4. Yes, McCain should also admonish himself for not supporting the troops upon their return after battle.  He not only condoned torture in his vote, but he voted against the recent G.I. bill.  McCain has started to use his former P.O.W. status the way Guilliani makes comments using a noun, verb, and 9/11.

  5. He was voting for a bill that had things that were immediately needed by our troops, and torture was part of that bill.  My guess is that he felt the need to help the troops was more pressing.  Why the need to believe the worse of everyone instead of taking the time and considering the circumstances.  These are tough times and I think these peole are doing the best they can.

  6. Should have been to leave his wife

  7. from what i have read about his past, he really doesn't get too deep into the issues, kinda flaky if ya know what i mean~!
