  1. I think that this would be an excellent idea. It's the same with evolution in court. Every time evolution vs. creationism cases stroll through court, the public's understanding of the issues increase because they are able to see the balance of vast scientific evidence supporting evolution.

I’d love to see to scientific evidence for anthropogenic global warming laid out in court. Of course, people on the far right fringe will try to spin any verdict into their favor, just like they did with a similar case in England.[1] But the average person would benefit from seeing the balance of SCIENTIFIC evidence supporting anthropogenic global warming.

[1] That judge ruled that the film could continue to be shown in public schools in England. Justice Burton agreed with defense witness, Dr. Scott, that "Al Gore's presentation of the causes and likely effects of climate change in the film was broadly accurate." The judge also ruled that the film advances four main scientific hypotheses, each of which is very well supported by research published in respected, peer-reviewed journals and accords with the latest conclusions of the IPCC and did not amount to political indoctrination.

  2. Wow.   There is a lot going on in your question.

I'll just hit the easy target to start with.  Al Gore is Baptist, not Jewish.

  3. Jewish people lie just like anybody else.  I didn't like the video he made..it looked fake and cheesy.   But,  Global Warming is very real..Go ask someone in the Philippines  how industry is affecting the atmosphere.

  4. Excellent idea Will.  Leaving aside on what grounds Gore could be sued (i.e., you can't sue someone simply because you don't like what he is telling you), suppose Gore gets sued and the plaintiff (the person suing Gore) loses.  And I mean loses HUGE.  Gore is not only exonerated, the jury finds overwhelmingly that the preponderance of objective evidence supports Gore's position, finds the lawsuit frivolous, and forces the plaintiff to pay Gore's legal expenses.  Would you abide by the court decision or simply deny that the verdict was reached fairly, in essence claiming the trial was rigged?

  5. Wait till the ice caps finish melting (and they seem to be shrinking fast).  Then the real global warming will begin!

  6. no, it shouldn't.

  7. There's no lawsuit.  Next question ....

  8. why dont we try that on jesus

  9. People say there should be.  The Founder of the Weather Channel was on Rush Limbaugh and he said that there should be a lawsuit on Al Gore.

I love how Al Gore can buy fictitious Carbon Credits from himself and people still believe him.  It's ridiculous.

  10. No.

    1.  i wasn't aware that science was determined by a lawsuit.

    2.  all of the mainstream science, and the Nobel Prize Committee agrees that AGW is true.  why would you think that there's even any question about it?

  11. Yes, they could find him guilty of making a movie, polishing his suit with shinola, and combing his hair with buttered toast.

  12. There already was one in the U.K..  Global warming won.

I'd like to see some tobacco-style trials of the oil industry, along with treason trials for the politicians who have accepted their bribes and are damaging us all as a result.

  13. Ya, the entire theory of global warming is resting squarely on Al Gore. He invented it along with the internet. All the scientists are in on a massive conspiracy together to gain grant money and push the communist agenda by pretending that gobal warming is true. The liberal professors at colleges all gather in a secret circle and whisper to their students that they can all make a fortune by pretending the hoax is true. They cut their palms and shake hands in a blood ritual swearing never to tell anyone. That's why nobody has been caught yet.

Shhh, you heard it here first.
