That man would have to do a whole lot less yelling and cursing if he wanted me to do ANYTHING for him.  I think that you get much more from sugar than vinegar!

He does have some positive traits, but he would have to cut out the bad words and be nicer!!!

Not really, the world needs variety, not all situations call for a boss with his "quality over quantity" approach

No there are much better restraunte managers that are more effective than him. Look at some of the other restraunts in London like le gavroche!
