  2. No since the agreement signed by the customer specifically exempts this type of action.

  3. it would be nice but it doesn't apply because in itunes you pay to specific see a complete season of a show in cable or sat you pay for a channel package. so they cant be responsible for every bit of show, movie or program each channel don't broadcast, its not like the channel went down its just that it wont be any new show during the strike and thats not the cable provider problem because the channel was there on the air.

    its like you pay for a complete food bar buffet and you want a credit because theres no tomato !
