Shouldn't the DNC Tribute to Ted Kennedy have mentioned Mary Jo Kopecne?

What happened decades ago should probably not be included in a tribute to anyone unless it is a positive thing.

No charges were every brought against Ted Kennedy.  Not that I support his behavior in the Mary Jo Kopecne case.  This incident will always be part of his history.

Ted Kennedy has contributed more to the world than 99 percent of the people in the USA.  

Republicans will certainly bring it up whenever Ted Kennedy appears to be supporting against one of their programs.

Liberals everywhere are willing to overlook his "little" indiscretion.  To them what is the life of another compared to their agenda.  In their book the INNOCENT may die to push their US destroying policy and the guilty go on.  They will use any tactic with LIES being their favorite to divert attention from their misdeeds...It is they that lack spiritual wholeness as they fail to realize that the guilty should suffer and pay....not the innocent.  This is a main point of the GOP that Dems and Liberals hate...the word RESPONSIBILITY...but it is something that MUST BE  driven back into the vocabulary of all if the US is to survive...and Obama/Biden WONT DO IT.

I was just thinking that.  If Richard Nixon shows up on the podium at the RNC, the first word out of the liberal medias mouths will be Watergate.  As if Nixon was present during the burgalry!  Unlike Teddy, who was in the drivers seat, even if his hands weren't on the wheel.

No, we really don't know what happened. We know that Teddy is a man who from the picture looked like he was about 5 years old, lost a brother in war. Then we all know he lost his 2 other brothers. He is a very wealthy man who could be on the Bush/McCain team. Having a fake war so they can make money in contruction contracts & doing anything to rip off a whole country. Instead Teddy has lived his whole live going to work to help people who don't have what he has giving a voice to peope who don't have a voice. In your life you will have to have something tragic happen to understand how what happened with MJK happened. I am so thankful I have never had something like that happend. It is probably harder for him to deal with then the losses of his own brothers. People like you who know nothing about a spiritual life have a hard time. You have no clue how important you are. Every little thing you do is so important. Your intention to take a man's live & want to ruin it. No consideration for all the people who have lost a loved one the way the Kopecne family has. All you want to do is send out sharm, hate, sadness, trouble. You can't even see that the Kopecne family is healed (come together like a cut finger) & you are crazy (scattered, not together) you want Ted to be like you but he is so loved & forgiven. Judge less not you be judged. As you judge him you are also judging yourself. You have no idea what democrats are like. You are missing out on a loving, joyful, authentic group of people & they can't set you free. You have to decide. You can live in hate or you can let it go. Watch the convention this week & see if that is all you see. Jesus said something about wanting to remove the speck out of someone else's eye when their is a plank in your own. You can only create your life according to how you choose to think so if these are your thoughts they really create your life even though you want them to effect everyone who reads this.

Much is expected from those who have received much.  You can't expect this emeritus left liberal crusader not to have to compensate for his gifts by not being able to drive under the influence can you?  The dam bridge to Edgartown is hard to see in the dark.
