Do the often give their lives or generally expect the poor and middle class to do the fighting?

Don't they have more property to protect?

Isn't the security of the nation one major reason for their wealth?

Why shouldn't they pay more for national security since it's gotten too expensive to pay for?

If we could Raise the tax rate to 60% on people making more than 5 million a year. We could balance the budget and pay down the deficit in 15 years.

Sure.  And while they are at it, why not have them pick up the full tab for everybody's medical care, college tuition, child care.  There's a bottomless pit of super rich out there, you know.  And they will cheerfully keep working away at being rich so that they can be soaked by the government at a 95% rate

Every so many years, the ultra-rich decide that they need to cut down on some of this 'excess population', and they all get together, sit down, have a serious talk.

And start another war.

Round up all of the troublemakers, loafing around with nothing to do.  Give them a few minutes to learn how to use an automatic weapon and ship them off to someplace - like the middle east - we need that oil!

The president?  He loves the idea - all those bombs and missiles flying to and fro overhead.

Oh - and the protesters?  Don't worry - just PUMP UP YOUR DRUG SUPPLY.

the top wage earners in this country already pay more in taxes than the lower earners do and the more property they own the more they are taxed on it. also the richest peaople in this country employ more people and give them health care than do the poorest.how long are you going to sit and complain before you get up and go out and become one of them.
