i also think Mcdonalds or Sonic does also.

It's good that fast foods drive thru makes you able to eat while driving and not have to use forks, spoons, and knives and all that stuff!

jack in the box serves breakfast 24 hours.  that is were a lot of the people go after the clubs or concerts.  there is always a line late at night/early morning.

One of the main ideas for a drive in is that they can eat the food while they are driving.  To do that, they need to server finger food such that they can handle the food with their hands and not have to use knives, forks, and spoons.  The fast food restaurants have solved that with sandwiches like egg McMuffin and the like.  

So most fast food restaurants could serve breakfast food via the drive thru.  At this time, only Jack In The Box is the only large fast food chain that serves breakfast whenever they are open.  As I said, the rest can but they don't because they are afraid that it would interfere with their regular sandwich sales and they might have some logistics issues selling both at the same time.
