Not at all.  Global warming is just a scam, the IPCC a bunch of hand-picked clones in support of it and Al Gore is using it to make money.  You can believe in it if you want to, but eventually you'll be forced to change your mind.  Until then, don't pack your sweaters away too deeply because you will need them again before long.

Amy-- I don't need one--

First-- I live in Texas where 110 degrees in the summer is normal.

Second-- I am at an altitude of about 800 feet well above any potential sea rise

Third-- both my air-conditioner and my heating system would just fine.

Yeah, the ony survival kit needed is against the pointless measures socialist governments will put into place to combat the non-existent anthropogenic global warming.

Here are the essentials:

-incandescent lightbulbs

-lots of gasoline

-a stash of fireworks

-a good airconditioning unit

-a hummer

I've already got my global warming survival kit put together:  Stock in US oil and coal companies.  I've also secured extra ammo for my firearms, books on flintknapping and indigenous plants/animals, and a map to the nearest horse ranch...should the liberals/socialists actually manage to collapse the industrial world.  I'm all set.

Edit:  This WAS me being light...I was smiling as I wrote it.  Why invest in companies that only generate a 10% growth rate?  I can get better than that with an index fund!  Taking global warming seriously...you crack me up!

In PhD scientist signers alone, the project already includes 15-times more scientists than are seriously involved in the United Nations IPPC process. The very large number of petition signers demonstrates that, if there is a consensus among American scientists, it is in opposition to the human-caused global warming hypothesis rather than in favor of it.
