As long as you can pay for it, should'nt you have the right to choose where to eat? They want to remove fast-food places from the low-income places in LA.

I totally agree with you!  This country has become so over-run with "Nanny Laws"--everything is supposedly for "our own good".

Oh, that's the reason that alot of food companies give for making the portion sizes smaller;  I guess that we can't control the portions that we eat because we're so stupid, so they're just looking out for our health....yeah...so while they cut the size by 20%, they don't lower the price by 20%.

Please do us a favor and quit looking out for our well-being!

A city has the right to legislate what it looks like and what it offers its citizens.  Your beef is with your elected city council.  Nobody here can help you.  Attend your planning commission meetings if this is an important issue to you.  Complaining about a local issue on a national board is merely complaining.
