  1. Of course, then we could have forced abortions like China,  We could also burn the Constitution while we are at it.

  2. It wouldnt be a very free country if they did now would it?

  3. I think a better solution would be to require IQ tests and sterilize anyone with less than a score of 100. That may sound cruel, but if we're to protect our country from the cancerous societal trash that procreates at twice the rate of industrious citizens, then we need to take action.

Al Gore and the Dem's should and would back this plan because a more intelligent workforce can fix global warming and develop cleaner energy.

  4. Soon this will be what Democrats will push next. If you think I'm joking, don't... just you wait.

  5. no they shouldnt,,if I could I would have 20 kids. They make life worth living!!

  6. Yes, or at least limit the number of children based on the IQ of the parents.  I know a lot of people that are not qualified to take care of a dog, and have the education of a brick that have four children.

  7. Yes and look at Chinas human rights record! It's disgusting, that would be such a violition of human rights.

  8. no but i do think it a women has several children and those children go to foster care due to neglect/abuse/drug use or that women is on welfare.. then she continues to have more and more and more kids, the govt needs to FORCE her to be on birth control.. There are a lot of tax payer dollars spent on kids in foster care. If a women is going to abuse the kids she has, she doesn't need anymore.. Welfare is good IF you need it .. that has nothing to do with what I am saying. What I am saying is this: I know women who as soon as the govt says "your child is old enough..you have to go to work or lose benefits, they get pregnant again.. " before you know it, there are 6. 7.,8 kids collecting welfare (and you know the kids are not benefiting from it) and the kids are the ones suffering.. yes, this is America but if we really care about the kids in America, stuff like this should be stopped.  Things happen and babies are born, fathers run off, mothers need assistance.. not the issue.. I was there in that situation but I was smart enough not to keep having kids that I could not take care of.. some people are not.

  9. According to a Census Bureau abstract, 63% of women who ave completed their families have zero, one, or two children. The other 37% (less an extremely small margin who have multiple first or second pregnancies) seem to ignore the issues.  This 37% would either ignore such a law or fight it. Anyway, many politicians have three or more children so it is doubtful such a law would pass.

  10. At the very least give prospective parents an aptitude test.

  11. No.

  12. It was the ability to raise a family on a single income that contributed to large families in past years.

  13. No, but I think that is happening naturally because one kid will cost parents somewhere between $250,000-$300,000 over its life. Having a kid is very expensive in the USA and not many young people can afford it any longer. That's why the USA and Europe have a zero population growth. It is also why, in part,  the USA and Europe are letting in so many illegals.

  14. No.  The USA is the home of the FREE.

I'm sorry that you don't understand our constitution and what the USA stands for.  Many of our public schools are deficient.
