  1. Shouldn't the fact that so many feminists keep pointing out that no, we don't hate men and no, we don't want to be your evil overlords, and yes, most of us do fight sexism against men too, tell you something? Or are you just going to plug your ears again?

  2. Feminism started out well meaning with a platform of giving women more power and choices and in some ways they really did.  I think most women are very grateful for people like Susan B. Anthony and Amelia Earhart who helped us vote and be seen as people who are just as capable as men.  However somewhere I think in the 60's feminism mutated into a movement of bitter -men- hating and homemaker -women- hating psycho's who's only choice they give to women is the choice to follow their agenda.

  3. Women only dislike the word and perceived concept 'feminism' now because of

brainwashing by women-hating  drug addict  Rush Limbaugh

The Republicans have - over 35 years- rebranded what was previously considered to be bad, as now good (and vice versa.

This is what kind of country-wrecking people they are, all just so they can rob us, and make debt and rob that too, and run off with the money, and pass laws saying rich people shouldnt have to pay taxes or obey laws anymore,

They have bought and now script the entire news media, and so won and have no oppositon.

Thery just put whatever awful lies they want on tv, and like good little parrots, uneducated dummies parrot it.

You are being such an  uneducated parrott right now.

    Wake up!

    Who's side are you on?

  4. Yes, and what it tells us is that not everyone has the exact same opinions about things.

What a huge surprise THAT is!

    Cheers :-)

  5. Yes but the media, laws, the politically correct and corporations are behind it.  That's a lot of money to buck.  Great question.  Feminism started out as an equality thing has morphed into being against men & fatherhood.

Communism and n***s started out the same way; people laughed at them till they started to kill others.

  6. Have you ever tried talking to a feminist (not that I recommend it)? They think they're infallible. Though that's an idealist for you.

  7. It should but it doesn't because feminism creates straw men arguments like "if you don't support us, you don't want your equal rights". They do want their equal rights  i.e. equitable treatment and they have them, they just don't want to be told that they must now also advocate for women producing equal outcomes such as equal numbers in high-powered positions and totally bias ideals like that...

Edit: sassy that's what the first wave stood for. They moved on from that when they realised it wasn't producing desirable outcomes.. funny that

Edit: you're right eoghan I think both sides are guilty of being rhetorical and self-righteous at times

  8. only a mentally challenged woman would truly dislike what feminism stands for that is the right and freedom to make a choice, equality and respect for the thinking power of women

  9. What is flawed about wanting equatable treatment? Because you disagree with it doesn't make it wrong.

  10. Sorry but I can't really take any woman that calls every feminist a 'man-hating L*****n with hairy armpits' seriously. That just says more about their prejudices and fears than it does about feminism :-)

  11. No, and if you had bothered to read the scholarly research on the subject (and it has been studied a LOT) you will see that the problem revolves around self-identification/labeling oneself as feminist.  The problem primarily affects young women, and uneducated women.  Women who conduct their lives, whose behavior is in every way feminist may reject the label.  This is due to the backlash.  Its not that they dislike feminism - after all, they can read and write and have a education and a career and own their own car and drive that car and.... they are obviously feminists.  But they too timid to openly self-identify as feminists.  They are the "I'm not a feminist BUT feminists".

Older and more educated women are FAR more likely to self-identify as 'feminist.'

We don't take S***e from nobody.

  12. Shouldn't the fact that going against  patriarchal dominant ideology results in condemanation or ostracisation  for those who dare step outside it or question it tell you something about the nature of its totalitarian hold? Feminism not just an ideology mate its a demand to secure basic human rights for over half the inhabitants of the globe!

  13. On examination their arguments are weak at best.

Non feminist, "don't you think that feminism itself is sexist?"

Feminist, "YOU'RE JUST AFRAID OF EQUALITY AND STRONG WOMEN".

As if we don't support equality and feminism invented strong women!

Its like having a debate with a religious person, they are always right and thats that.

  14. yes sometimes but usually its the opposite everyone thinking its great....yeah wow working is so great...whooptie...my daughter is exhausted all the time..
