Show 3000 years in the future?

I think it was discovery channel. Humans leave earth, they show what the planet will look like. Turtles got huge, octopus's were like the new monkeys. I have been trying to find this now for a while.

It comes on animal planet and discovery channel alot, try looking it up on google or something, under videos or web, I will try to find a link in the meantime
