Show Hunter attire in NZ and Aust?

Just wondering what the correct attire (horse and rider) is for show hunter comps in NZ.

And what colour jacket? ( I have a palomino)

Sometimes you can ask a society or club that runs a show and they will tell you, as I know that some of the big important shows will require different rider attire, the same as they do for horses (different coloured brow bands, bits, halters etc).

I think with a palomino, that brown would look nice though.

Sounds like you could do with a copy of the Agricultural society manual - you can purchase this from the secretary at your largest closest A&P show. Try contacting the secretary.

If you go to Darren Moore Photography site and you'll see photos from the different shows and what the riders are wearing. The NZ Royal is listed under Christchurch Show and photos are there of these classes.
