Shower head hose turning and water pressure low

Question

i ahve maintenance some every couples months n they do something to increase the water pressure but soon after it sux again. any tips?

also for watever reason my shower hose WILL NOT point straight ahead i have to hold it in position with an elastic, any idea how to straighten it out bcuz with this way i can't even detach the shower head without a watery disaster. HELP please
