Shower planning questions from bridesmaids?

I am a bridesmaid and for the shower we are planning we need help designating jobs we want to make sure we dont forget anything. i meant to pick up the perfect bridesmaid handbook at the book store. but didnt get to it. we are now having our last meeting in 2 hours from now and we would like to finish everything. the shower is in sept and we were trying to stay with a lylac theme (purple and white) since its her passed mothers favorite flower. we know they are not inseason in sept so we might do silk flowers,

does anyone have any good tips and ideas to help us stay organized or websites with check lists to help us get it done today.

You guys could call Michael's and ask them if they have any lylac themed things that you guys could buy or order. They should have it .

Find out what special things her mom used to do for her. What was her favorite food her mom made her. Serve it at her shower.
