Shower tray flexing: what is max weight for tray?

I had a very large tenant causing tray to flex in shower and thus leakages. What is normal UK parameter???

If you support the tray properly it will be the load bearing of the material used and the floor below.

I would mark out the tray and cut wood supports to fit underneath the tray. This is because you will be able to fit it easily to the floor. Then between the wood strips you can fit cross pieces in to make it even better. Then you can wash a bear in the shower.

Lift the tray out,Place polythene down,Mix sand and cement,Spread over polythene replace shower tray allow cement to set.

It has nothing to do with weight, the tray has not been bedded down properly if its flexing
