Showers at Charles De Gaulle?

I am arriving at CDG early on Wednesday morning and want to shower before setting out on the road. Any suggestions? A day room at the airport perhaps? Or local hotel that offers day rooms?

You will probable have to find a hotel.  I have been through CDG 4 times since June and have not seen any showers or day rooms at the airport.

Air France maintains day rooms for First class and Business class passengers at CDG and showers are available. Delta Airlines First and Business class customers can also make use of this facility.

If you are not in these categories than there is little choice except to take a room at one of the airport hotels.
