Shredder problem?

I put more than the maximum. when i press auto, i goes through then stops. when i press rev it comes out but not that much so i can take it out completely. What can I do? Do i need to buy a new one? Will the job be expensive. Please help

But seriously to answer your question, I would probably just unscrew it and take the paper out yourself, or take it back and see if you can't get a refund or something. Hope it helps!

Sounds like you have too much to shred for a little shredder.  I would recommend using a service.  It saves you the expense of a new shredder not to mention your time.

Press the reverse button and back out as much of the paper as you can.  Unplug it to prevent unexpected problems and tear off the paper as close to the slot as possible or even cut it off.  Plug it back in and do the forward/reverse a couple of times.  This should clear it.
