Shredmaster crosscut 85x jam

it is jammed and trying the reverse and forward does not work. I got this from a friend and I have oil and lubrication sheets from an old shredder long gone... but do not know where and how to lubricate this particular model and if I shouldthanks any and all help would be greatly appreciated since I would like to give this back to my friend in working condition.
