Shrek the 3rd Nintendo Ds cheats?

I can't complete The level: The dwarven mines.

I get stuck where puss cant jump onto the buliding&

Shrek&Artie cannot move the gold cart.

There are no cheats but you can find a fully completed sav file if that helps.
