Shrimp looking bug?

there is a bug that we sometimes see in our home. It looks like it is a shrimp with long feelers and legs. It does not jumps or flies, it just walks. Its really gross though, what is it?

We have the same problem! It looks like a shrimp with legs and feelers in the front. They creep me out! I have found them in the bathroom and in my kitchen.
