Shrink partitions?help please?

i am working on xp,i have partition magic,how do i shrink my c drive,it is 150GB and i want it just 20GB and make from the rest a new partion can i do this with out losing my OS also can i formate a drive without losing it contents(from fat to ntfs)

please tell me if i can do this or not?and if i can tell me how to do it(step by step)?

In order for you to have 2 partitions, you have to reformat your hard drive and then partition it. I don't think there is a way to do that while keeping your OS and data.
