Shrinking Clothes...?

I'm trying to shrink a few shirts of mine.

I made sure to wash them in hot (not warm) water, and I'll dry them in a tumble dryer.

But my dryer has these two categories:

Cotton: More Dry - Less Dry

Timed Dry - 80min Max

Which should I use to shrink my clothes?

  1. cotton more dry - and leave them in for a about 30 minutes past them being dry
