Why would anyone go to the trouble to make it all up? But...I hope it's not true. What do you think? Is that man in the picture Art Bell or the man talking?

  1. Maybe you should post a link to the picture...

  2. Anecdotal evidence is insufficient to prove the claim. Storytelling is not evidence scientifically.

  3. My initial thought was, wow what an idiot. After about 5 minutes in, hearing about how he believes Venus has a population simular to Earth but with more technology, I started to feel sorry for him. He claims the Cold War and Vietnam  War was a diversion. What? There is a point to where conspiracy theorist go from delusional to mentally unstable, this man is of unsound mind, its not even funny.

  4. The picture is of John Lear, the guest.

Edit: I have now listened to the broadcast, and don't see any reason to believe him more than other UFO conspiracy theorists.  His claim, or rather, his repeating a scientists estimate, that 10% of the population has been abducted, seems extremely far fetched.  670 million people abducted, but still no definitive evidence aliens really exist?  Doesn't seem realistic.  He says that they eliminated "with extreme prejudice" anyone threatening disclosure, but have apparently done nothing to stop him from talking about it on national radio and in his books.  If what he is saying is true, the government would be okay with it and support him, or kill him the way he claims they killed others.
