Shude i stick shift?

Im in drivers ed and im just wondering if its worth it to learn stick shift as well as automatic?

It's worth it if you have a sports car with a nice sounding engine.... otherwise it's not fun. I guess if you want to get a few miles to the gallon better then go for it. I think they're fun.

YES. If you have any care for cars or driving whatsoever, or in case of an emergency situation, you want to drive clutch. In an emergency, you may be required to run, perhaps in someone else's car, and it wouldn't help to get in and have the engine bottom out. Second, you can drive any car out there- autos are much simpler, and paddle-shifts are good after clutch training as well. Third, fun. Sure, a little annoying in traffic, but on the motorway or track, brilliant challenge and fun.

If you can drive a manual transmission, you can drive an automatic.  Cars with manual transmissions have the potential to get better gas mileage, and typically have less transmission problems (if you know what your doing)
