i was a good fan of his and i always thought his departure was sudden and just eerie, bec i recall it came out of nowhere and he seemed somewhat "forced" to bring it out and tell everyone. but at the same time, he already smashed everyone, theres no doubt about that. but if he wants to come back? highly doubtful. can he hang with hamilton and everyone?yes. will he decide to do it?no.

Yes absolutely. The FERRARI is too good now. Its probably the best car on the track. Even with same engine on second race ( last sunday ) it was much faster than any other car on track. It outpaced all othre cars.

I've heard no word of Schu coming back. Almost certain he wont, he doesn't have the desire to in my opinion, he has more important things in his life.

F1 needs nothing more than for Schu to return, F1 has less charisma, character, stature without the Schu. Be good to see him come back and give everyone a reality check.

I think he would put every driver out there to shame.

No way is he coming back.  He has retired, and he will stick by that. No question about it.

I tell you these are bad rumors i have resources and they would of told me if he was returning, i have known Michael since 1991 and he never ever breaks a promise, he will not be back.

I think he retired at the right moment and he knows it.

Schumy was never one to get carried away, there's no chance in h**l he's going to return in F1, it may be wishfull thinking to the rest of us but it would be ahuge mistake for him so he isn't going to do it.

The fact that people want him to come back proves that he left F1 while he was still performing at a very high level and that's how people remember him.

This guy managed his career very well.

If you ever read something like that in the news check the calendar, it will be April 1st.

That coward retired just befor hamilton put himself in an F1 car. I think he had some idea that once Hammy is in F1 he can't continue his winning streks. 15 years of F1 career and only 7 championships. Who says he's a legend?? Hammy is going to have at least 14 championships in his F1 career. Forget about him coming back to F1.

After 15 years in F1, 7 drivers championships and something like 80 wins, I think even Schumacer has had enough!

He is not coming back. He's already said that he won't return. He retired at the height of his career and would like to keep it that way. Unless you are talking about Ralf Schumacher....

He won't come back. But if he did, he would probably still be at or near the top (and definately at the top with the way the F2008 has been performing recently).

As the third (test) driver during the Spain tests this past winter, Schumacher was putting in faster laps than the other two Ferrari drivers. The only times his laps were slower was when Kimi was running a newer aero setup that was superior to the one on Michael's car.

He could do it, but he won't. What does he have left to prove? He's retired, and although it's very obvious he still loves cars and racing, he's finished with doing it professionally. Now it's just for fun.
