The first time I tried to use my new sewing machine, the thread jammed under the feed plate. I managed to remove it but the machine has not worked at all since. The problem appears to be that when I try to pull the bobbin thread up with the needle thread, it is not picking it up at all. My daughter has the same sewing machine and when I looked at it, I see that the shuttle driver is not in the same place on both machines. Help!
