Sibelius Scorch Problems!! Sound wont work please help

I need a bit of help please. My Sibelius Scorch wont work when i try listen to sheet music online, the 'line' moves along but no sound comes out. I have checked the sound connections etc and they (my speakers) work. Somebody please help me!!

I haven't used it in a long time, but if I remember rightly, I think there are at least 2 different Scorch formats. Maybe some plug in is missing?
