Siberian husky or german shepherd or solid black german shepherd?

i am aware of the huskies difficult temperament, ive had one before.

the german shepherd hands down ! i own a solid black one and love him dearly..very smart good boy-- im a single female and i know he would give his life to protect me if someone ever tried to do me harm.

GSD is the best.I have a black & Tan female and a solid black male.The temparament is the same.They are good dogs.
