Sicily Siganala Navy Base flight to Jacksonville Fl?

My room mate is flying From the Sigonala Base to Jacksonville Fl, on an Navy Jet. It took about 13 hours to fly there. How long should a return flight take? I figure less because they are flying against the rotaion of the earth. Has any one been on a like flight?

Assuming there are no stop-overs in the Azores or Rota, Spain, 10 to 11 hours is about how long it takes. The decrease isn't because you're flying against rotation -- it's because you're flying WITH the jet-stream.
