Sick all the time, what can I do?

Whether I eat normally or not at all I am always sick. I have lactose intolerance, IBS, and a stomach ulcer. I usually do not eat before I go to work so that I do not have to run to the bathroom 5 times per hour. Not eating all day has made me loss weight drastically (and unhealty) I have been trying to find a work at home job so that I can eat balanced meals and not be worried about leaving the house. Anyone else have these problems or any advice on what I could do?

Oh, and there is not much a doctor can do to help, and even if they did, I do not have insurance and basically cant afford thousands of dollars for tests and medicines.

  1. You need to save up your money and see a nutritionist or dietitian to make up an eating schedule for you. One visit is all you'd need. You shouldn't have to change jobs or LOSE weight.

Bless you and good luck!  :)

  2. Aloe juice from any reputable heath food store.  You can thank me later.  =)
