Sick all the time? wtf,please read?

i dont know whats been going on with me, i get alot of different pains, been to the doctor, got no answers

i get:

dizzy, lightheaded, chest pains, gut pains, feel like i have period pain 24/7, nausouse like morning sickness 24/7, tired all the time, feel worn out, no energy, head aches, tingling and pins n needles in face and arms, wtf is going on in my body, im 19 yrs old, have a 2 yrold, trying for the 2nd n haveno luck,along with all the aches n pains, justwant some answers, i guarentee you guys will bemore helpful then my dumbass doctor that spent half hislife studying but knows nothing

sounds like you are in a bad way.  i would maybe start seeing some specialists to see if they can run different tests.  the tingling makes me feel like it is something with your nervous system or brain.  maybe try to see a neurologist?
