Sick anole/lizard!!!!?

my anole was stung by the cricket that he was supposed to eat and he looks like he's dying is there anything i can do???!!!

what kind of crickets do you feed it ive never heard of one that stings

very confusing that a cricket stung it...are you sure it was a cricket and not anything else? but anyway look in a phone book for the closest exotic vet/hosptial and get it there fast if it looks really sick.
