my jenday mango is being reel close to me he wolnt stop bobbing his head up and down and his feathers are like standing up and the olny time hees ever done that when i scrach behind there and he also flips one wing up ant my face and makes a hehehehehehehehe sound and we dont have any avain vets arround plez anyone

Anytime a bird is showing signs of illness...it is very sick.  Birds do not show any signs of illness until they are very sick because of predators.

You need to find a vet...we cannot help you.  Find one NOW!
