I just threw up an order of mcdonalds i ate 2 hours ago because i felt so freaking sick. It's gross the way I have been eating--- all fast foods and cookies, desserts, etc. Luckily I am young with a fast metabolism so it does not affect my appearance but it affects the way i feel. ANyways I NEED some suggestions on healthy meals that I can have FAST- make in advance and heat up and have it ready in just a few minutes. I don't usually have the time to cook at meal times. Just a few examples I have are breakfast burritos to heat up later, and lasagna, but what else?? I am SO sick and tired of being sick and tired from all this fast ****, I mean food.
