  1. Is it allergies? take benedryl,it will knock you out,but it works great.Or you could try eating some soup or something hot,the steam will help you.

  2. Heat some hot water on the stove to boiling, (dont fill the pan full, 1/2 full would be fine.) put it on a potholder after you get it steaming. Get a towel and put it over you head and the pot. Inhale the steam. It will clear ya up. ;)

  3. Take 2 benadryls or 1 ibproufen.

  4. Drink warm liquids and watch a movie in bed!

  5. try nyquil

  6. Sometimes taking a nice hot shower will help you breath better. If you have any cough drops take that or peppermint. Take some Tylenol for your headache or whatever works for you. Hope you are feeling better soon. Tylenol Cold medicine usually helps me feel better if you have any.

  7. Don't take any meds without an adult there. I would just make a nice bowl of hot soup and then go to bed sleep will help

  8. Natural remedies:

Altoids peppermint mints (Pop several in your mouth at the same time)

Wasabi sauce (expensive green sauce very, very spicy but works amazingly for unclogging your nose)

Vitamin C--- Orange juice and any fruits and vegetables in general but oranges in particular especially real oranges rather then orange juice will help

Salads are good for you but please by all means AVOID ranch dressing which will only worsten your clogged up nose. I suggest oil and vinegar in your salad.

Finally some Green Tea should help, make sure to get plenty of rest- preferably over 8 hours of sleep. Change your sheets every night or wash them every night so you can get rid of the germs on the sheets. Same goes for your pillow.

Also I'm not sure what the weather is like where you live by try to open the window a little bit in your house- fresh air always helps but if it gets to hot inside the house with the window open then turn on the A/C.

  9. GET NASAL STRIPS FROM WALGREEN THEY HELP OPEN THE NOSE AND THE MENTHOL ON THEM HELPS YOU BREATH EASIER.

DRINK LOTS OF FLUIDS AND GO IN THE HOT SHOWER AND PUT ON A SHOWER CAP AND RUN YOUR HEAD UNDER THE HOT WATER IT SHOULD GIVE YOU  AND HOUR OF RELIEVE.

THEN DRINK HOT TEA AND PUT 2 COUGH DROPS IN IT.
