I have been nauseated, tired, and have had headaches and diarrhea for the past 4 days. What do you think it could be?

Sounds like some kind of flu. Stomach flu, perhaps? Get as much rest as you can, drink liquids, and take some cold/flu medicine. Feel better & take care!
