Side by side refrigerator/freezer

Question

I came home after being gone for about 36 hrs. to find thick black and red fluids draining from under my refrigerator and all the food in the freezer thawed. Before I left I had noticed that the refrigerator was making a clicking noise, but had no time to deal with it at that time.
