  1. wow well u prolly do cross country after school, im guessing so during school when i did cross country i ate 2 bananas a day and drank 4 bottles of water and 1 or 2 vitamin/powerade/gatorades it seemed to help me alot and i didnt feel the cramps at all, also strengthn ur abs w/ situps (sounds stupid) but it really does help out

  2. breath deeply . Push out your stomach on the exhale, and keep doing that.. the stich will go away in 30 seconds

  3. do u drink plenty of water throughout the day? take deep breaths while running, the cramps will lessen.

  4. I suggest you take deep breath it really helps me i think most of the reason why you. are getting cramps is because when your running your body uses up more oxygen so when you take deep breaths your body stores and is able to use a much bigger supply of oxygen.Oh and dont forget breathe through your nose and exhale through your mouth or breath thru mout then exhale thru nose.
